Covid19 Statement

COVID-19 Safety Procedures during studio and home consultations
The safety of our clients, colleagues, family and friends is paramount, therefore the below measures have been implemented and must be adhered to.

Remote Consultation:

Any work which can be carried out remotely, will take place via telephone and/or video consultation.

Studio Consultation:

  • A 2-meter social distance will be maintained throughout the meeting.
  • Only necessary participants should attend.
  • To avoid possible transmission during the meeting please do not share pens and other objects / equipment.
  • Meetings are to be held outdoors or in well-ventilated rooms whenever possible.
  • The designer will wear gloves and a face covering.
  • Clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer on entry and exit.
  • Clients should wear a face covering during the visit (These will be provided if required).
  • Meetings to be kept as short as possible.
  • No drinks will be provided during the meeting.
  • No toilet facilities are available at the studio, although there are toilet facilities available within the Heritage site.

Face coverings are mainly intended to protect others, not the wearer, from coronavirus (COVID-19). Wearing a face covering reduces the risk of spreading the virus if you are infected and are not yet displaying any symptoms.

Home Consultation:

Where home consultations are necessary (For example to survey your home, take photographs, oversee installations, view fabrics/wallpapers/accessories) the following safety measures will apply:

  • Prior to the home consultation please ensure that a 2-meter distance can be kept.
  • Only necessary participants should attend.
  • To avoid possible transmission during the meeting please do not share pens and other objects / equipment.
  • Meetings to be held outdoors or in well-ventilated rooms whenever possible.
  • Clients should leave all internal doors open to minimize contact with door handles.
  • Identifying busy areas across the household where people travel to, from or through (For example, stairs and corridors) and minimizing movement within these areas.
  • The designer will wear gloves and a face covering and maintain the minimum 2-meter social distance during the meeting.
  • Keep visits as short as possible.
  • All clients should wear a face covering during the meeting (These will be provided if required).
  • Meetings to be kept as short as possible.

Face coverings are mainly intended to protect others, not the wearer, from coronavirus (COVID-19). Wearing a face covering reduces the risk of spreading the virus if you are infected and are not yet displaying any symptoms.

Home consultations will NOT commence for any household which:

  • Is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms
  • Where an individual has been advised to shield.

Noone is obliged to work in an unsafe environment. Let us conquer this together.

These safety measures are aimed at keeping all of us as safe as possible.  This guidance is constantly under review and will be updated as and when needed.
